About The Position
Guest Service Specialists create a welcoming customer experience by greeting customers, promoting products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, addressing customer needs, and ensuring each customer leaves with a clean, dry, shiny car. The role includes hands-on work maintaining clean, inviting, and well-maintained sites, as well as collaborating with team members to complete tasks and achieve goals. The work takes place in a fast-paced outdoor environment and requires varied shift availability, including weekends and holidays.
Requirements
