About The Position
Guest Service Specialists create a welcoming customer experience by greeting customers, selling car-wash products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and addressing customer needs. They help ensure each customer leaves with a clean, dry, and shiny car while keeping the site clean, inviting, and well-maintained. The role involves varied, hands-on work in a fast-paced outdoor environment and collaboration with team members to complete tasks and achieve goals.
