About The Position
Mister Car Wash is seeking a Guest Service Specialist (GSS) to deliver exceptional customer service and support customer experiences. The role involves welcoming customers, selling products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, anticipating and resolving customer needs, and helping ensure each customer leaves with a clean, dry, and shiny car. Specialists also help keep sites clean and well-maintained and work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. The role offers hands-on work and varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Requirements
