About The Position

Mister Car Wash is seeking a Guest Service Specialist (GSS) to deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company’s brand. The role focuses on creating positive customer experiences through friendly interactions, product and membership sales, and responsive support. Team members work collaboratively in a fast-paced, outdoor environment, help keep sites clean and well-maintained, and ensure customers leave with clean, dry, shiny cars. • Keep sites clean, inviting, and well-maintained.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and achieve goals.
