Guest Service Specialist
About The Position
Mister Car Wash is seeking a Guest Service Specialist (GSS) to deliver exceptional customer service and support customer experiences. The role involves greeting customers, promoting car wash products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships, anticipating and solving customer needs, and ensuring customers leave with clean, dry, and shiny cars. The specialist also helps keep sites clean and well-maintained and collaborates with team members to complete tasks and achieve goals. This is hands-on work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment, with varied shifts that may include weekends and holidays.
