Fairfield by Marriott is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join their team! The Front Desk Agent is the face of the hotel, and provides superior service to all guests. Responsibilities include greeting guests, completing the check-in/check-out procedure through the Property Management System while obtaining and storing pertinent information. They will handle cash, credit card information and goods at the property. Identifying the needs of each guest and providing relevant information regarding the hotel services and amenities to create an accommodating environment for all. Responding to all guest requests in a timely manner. Taking reservations from incoming callers while providing excellence in service and inputting all information into the hotel management system. Updating and canceling reservations in the system as requested by the guest.
