About The Position
Sentara BelleHarbour Hospital is hiring a part-time Guest Relations Representative for Saturday and Sunday nights, from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The representative serves as a liaison between patients, families, visitors, and hospital and medical team members. The role provides a welcoming and genuine environment and addresses concerns to help ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for patients.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent GED.

- One year of prior customer service or healthcare experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between patients, families, visitors, and hospital and medical team members.
