About The Position

Sentara BelleHarbour Hospital is hiring a Guest Relations Representative for weekend overnight shifts, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM on Saturdays and Sundays. The role serves as a liaison between patients, families, visitors, and hospital and medical team members. The representative provides a welcoming and genuine environment and addresses concerns to help ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for patients. Sentara BelleHarbour is an outpatient medical center in North Suffolk offering family medicine, specialty care, physical therapy, lab and imaging services, outpatient surgery, and 24-hour emergency care. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent GED.

Nice To Haves

One year of prior customer service or healthcare experience is preferred.
