About The Position
At Nothing Bundt Cakes, guest service representatives are referred to as Joy Creators. A Joy Creator sweetens up the place, setting the mood and making a stop in the bakery an event worth posting about. You’ll get to play party planner by helping guests order the right cake for their celebrations and making sure their orders go off without a hitch. You’ll make everyone feel welcomed, and you’ll create an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in your community. The company closes early so employees can enjoy their evenings. They offer flexible work schedules and a casual dress code (T-shirts and sneakers). Employees also receive cake discounts. Students can join the team as they do not have to be 18 to work there. This job is fun and a great place to make new friends. Employees will receive training not only on crafting cake but also on growing their career. The company loves to celebrate and bring joy to the community.
