About The Position

Joining our Dorney Park team means you’ll greet guests upon entry to the park in a professional and courteous manner. You’ll also take appropriate action to answer and resolve guest questions and complaints, maintain a high degree of confidentiality of paperwork and information, answer phones in a call center atmosphere, and follow all Dorney Park service standards including up-selling.
