Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age
Positive, upbeat demeanor and a passion for guest service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to speak comfortably with guests and small groups.
Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Experience handling cash or working in customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet guests with enthusiasm and provide exceptional customer service.
Answer questions regarding movies, ratings, showtimes, and theater amenities.
Sell movie tickets and concessions using ticketing and point-of-sale systems.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
Serve food, beverages, popcorn, and other concession items.
Collect tickets and distribute 3D glasses when applicable.
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the theater, lobby, and concession areas.
Help create a fun, welcoming experience for every guest.
