About The Position

Join our team as a Guest Service Desk Agent and be the friendly face that sets the tone for an unforgettable stay! This role involves greeting guests, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, providing expert guidance on resort programs, dining options, and local attractions, assisting with booking resort activities, managing room reservations, processing billing adjustments, and addressing guest questions and concerns in person and over the phone.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a warm, genuine welcome upon arrival and departure.
  • Ensure smooth, efficient check-ins and check-outs while delivering top-notch customer service.
  • Provide expert guidance on resort programs, package inclusions, dining options, and local attractions.
  • Assist guests with booking all resort activities.
  • Manage room reservations and process billing adjustments as needed.
  • Address guest questions and concerns in person and over the phone with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to enhance the guest experience.
