About The Position

Stinker is hiring a part-time Guest Service Cashier to welcome guests and create positive, helpful experiences in a fast-paced convenience store. The role combines customer service with store operations, including processing purchases, preparing food and beverages, stocking merchandise, and maintaining clean, safe, and inviting store areas. The listed schedule is Thursday through Saturday, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.; days and times may vary and may include evenings, weekends, and some holidays. The position is located at 103 Hill Street, Kersey, CO 80644. The position offers 8 to 29 hours per week. Starting pay is based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications under established experience-based pay guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
• Ability to safely use step stools or ladders when stocking merchandise.
• Comfortable working in cooler and freezer environments as low as 0°F.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service, retail, or food service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Assist guests with purchases, answer questions, and provide product recommendations.
• Accurately process cash, credit, and other payment transactions.
• Prepare fresh food and beverages while following food safety and quality standards.
• Stock merchandise, rotate products, and maintain attractive store displays.
• Maintain accurate pricing and product availability.
• Keep the sales floor, restrooms, food service areas, coolers, fuel islands, and parking lot clean and inviting.
• Follow company safety procedures and promptly report safety concerns.
• Work with the team to support smooth daily store operations.
• Support additional store responsibilities as business needs require.
