About The Position

Stinker is hiring a part-time Guest Service Cashier, also referred to in the posting as a Guest Service Specialist, at its Heyburn, Idaho location. The role focuses on creating welcoming guest experiences and supporting smooth store operations in a fast-paced convenience retail environment. The schedule requires open availability, with shifts scheduled between 5 a.m. and 11 p.m., including weekends and some holidays. Part-time hours are 8 to 29 hours per week.

Team members assist guests, process transactions, prepare food and beverages, stock and display merchandise, maintain accurate pricing and product availability, and keep store areas clean, safe, and inviting. Requirements

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
• Ability to safely use step stools or ladders when stocking merchandise.
• Comfort working in cooler and freezer environments as low as 0°F.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Previous customer service, retail, or food service experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Assist guests with purchases, answer questions, and provide product recommendations.
• Accurately process cash, credit, and other payment transactions.
• Prepare fresh food and beverages while following food safety and quality standards.
• Stock merchandise, rotate products, and maintain attractive store displays.
• Maintain accurate pricing and product availability.
• Keep the sales floor, restrooms, food service areas, coolers, fuel islands, and parking lot clean and inviting.
• Follow company safety procedures and promptly report safety concerns.
• Work with the team to support smooth daily store operations.
• Support additional store responsibilities as business needs require.
