Guest Service Operations is responsible for jackpot payouts, guest service, repair, and maintenance of all electronic gaming devices (EGD’s). This role ensures the integrity and accuracy of the Cage department, assists with the Players Club and promotions, and serves food and beverages to guests. The position also involves casino housekeeping, maintaining a positive attitude, and ensuring guest and team member safety. Team members may be required to work varying schedules to meet business needs, including on-call duties, evenings, graveyards, holidays, and weekends.
