Guest Service Attendant
About The Position
Sierra View Country Club, located in Roseville, CA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Guest Service Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. For this position, you must have a general knowledge of the golf game and be able to pass a basic assessment demonstrating your golf knowledge. We do not teach the basics of golf as part of any certification that we offer. However, you are not required to be an expert Golfer to perform well. Guest Service team members that perform well may be offered an opportunity to caddie if a position opens up.
Requirements
- General knowledge of the golf game and ability to pass a basic assessment demonstrating golf knowledge.
- Must be outgoing and have a customer-first personality.
- Candidates without specific golf experience may be considered if you have previous experience in one the following types of jobs: Server, Waiter, Bartender, Hospitality, Customer Service, Golf Retail, General Retail, Landscaping, Sales, Valet, Firefighter, EMS personnel, Other Outdoor or Recreational Roles.
Responsibilities
- Outside Service duties include staging golf carts, maintaining the bag room & cart barn, attending the bag drop, maintaining the practice range, and more.
- Cheerfully interact and deliver world class customer service.
