About The Position

We are seeking a professional, personable, and solution-oriented Lobby Ambassador to serve as the first point of contact for guests. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, assisting with guest needs, resolving concerns, and providing clear guidance to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and throughout their stay
Provide directions, information, and recommendations about hotel services and local attractions
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction
Communicate effectively with various hotel departments (front desk, housekeeping, engineering, etc.)
Monitor lobby activity to maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment
Assist with special requests, including transportation, reservations, and concierge-style services
De-escalate guest concerns and find appropriate solutions in a timely manner
Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times
