Guest Service associates - Frost Fest 2026

About The Position
Guest Service associates will work at the front gate and box office during Frost Fest 2026. The event will operate primarily Thursday through Sunday from November 19 through December 27, and Monday through Sunday during Christmas week. It will be closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Hours of operation vary by day, between 11:00 AM and 11:00 PM. The position pays $12 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service.
- Scan tickets.
- Sell tickets.
- Apply wristbands to patrons.
- Provide wayfinding assistance.
