About The Position
Guest Service associates will work at the front gate and box office during Frost Fest 2026. The role includes customer service, scanning and selling tickets, wristbanding patrons, and providing wayfinding assistance. The event is primarily open Thursday through Sunday from November 19 through December 27, with daily operations during Christmas week except Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Operating hours vary by day, between 11:00 AM and 11:00 PM. The position pays $12 per hour.
