Requirements

1+ year of experience in customer service or retail (sales experience a plus!)
Availability for one weekend shift and some flexible weekdays
Reliable transportation
Natural leaders, motivators, and team players
A passion for beauty, wellness, and helping others
Positive, proactive mindset with strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

Entry-level or early career in retail/hospitality
1–3 years' experience with a proven sales track record
