We are looking for a Guest Service Associate to be part of a first-class Front Desk Team that provides extraordinary service to our guests. This role involves covering all front desk, bellmen, and concierge responsibilities, including checking guests in and out, luggage services, restaurant/tour reservations, and providing hotel/city information. The ideal candidate will build authentic bonds with guests, create unique experiences, and demonstrate correct procedures for guest interactions and service techniques. A strong understanding of Front Desk computer and cashier systems, room rates, and accommodation types is essential. This role also requires accurate posting of guest charges and payments, creative problem-solving for guest concerns, and maintaining a high level of awareness for guest and employee safety and security.
