About The Position

NDM is a family-owned hospitality business that started in F&B and is now expanding into vacation rentals. We are creating a new sector in hospitality by creating identifiable brands with consistent accommodations, services, and amenities within the vacation rental space. Imagine combining the comforts of a vacation home with the experience and consistency of a world class resort. Encore Resort at Reunion is the first of its kind in curated resort residences. A private resort community near Disney in Orlando, Encore elevates the vacation rental experience by bridging the gap between hotel and peer-to-peer lodging.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel, property management, and/or customer service-based profession preferred.
Excellent customer service skills in person and via the phone.
Must have guest experience in residential, vacation rental properties.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other computer-related skills related to job tasks.

Responsibilities

Oversee all guest relations, including assisting with guest check-in/check-out procedures, guest requests, and overall guest coordination.
Complete a thorough GSA Pre-Arrival Inspection Detailed Checklist.
Administer utility setup for new rental homes.
Coordinate guest reservations with the community gatehouse and resort club front desk.
Perform housekeeping/maintenance quality control and inspections of homes.
Conduct thorough pre-arrival inspections for each property.
Form relationships with homeowners to fully encompass their needs, concerns, and questions regarding the LRR rental program.
Provide guests with a personalized tour of their home, assisting with any questions they might have regarding their stay.
