About The Position

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by issuing season passes and lift tickets to guests and team members, and completing accurate ticket sales transactions. You will also assist with general inquiries regarding rates and resort policies, lesson bookings, seasonal locker rentals, and other resort-specific questions. Requirements

At least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Enjoy a fast-paced work environment
Interested in a customer service-based position and are friendly and outgoing
Flexible and able to multi-task
Willing to perform other tasks assigned
Able to stand for long periods of time

Responsibilities

Issuing season passes and lift tickets to guests and team members
Providing accurate lift ticket pricing options to guests
Completing credit card, and voucher-based transactions through the point-of-sale computer system
Handling general inquiries regarding rates and resort policies
Providing general information on resort amenities and answering resort-related questions
Suggesting resort activities and restaurants
Addressing guest inquiries in person
Helping book snowsports lessons and checking availability
Processing seasonal locker rental payments
Performing other duties as assigned
