The front desk is where a guest's experience begins and ends. As a Guest Service Agent, your job is to make sure that experience feels easy, personal, and genuinely welcoming; from the moment someone walks in, to the moment they check out. This is a hands-on, people-facing role. You'll manage the day-to-day flow of arrivals and departures, handle reservations, answer questions about the city, and take care of guest needs as they come up. More than the logistics, though, you're the person a guest turns to when they need something, and how you show up in those moments is what makes the difference. You're a natural with people; approachable, attentive, and steady under pressure. You pay attention to the details that others might miss, and you take satisfaction in making someone's stay a little easier or a little better. You don't need to be told to go the extra mile. You're organized, dependable, and you communicate well. Prior experience in hospitality is a plus, but a genuine interest in taking care of people matters just as much.
