About The Position

We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to ensure the satisfaction of guests during their stay. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and requests, making reservations, and assisting with check-ins and check-outs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Respond to guest inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Make reservations and update guest information in the system.
  • Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide information about the hotel's services, facilities, and policies.
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the lobby and public areas are clean and presentable.
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
