And we're looking for someone awesome to join our Florida-based corporate team to help make those moments happen across our resort properties in Florida, Nevada, Colorado, and New Jersey. From beachside hangs to mountain escapes, you'll help us make every experience memorable from behind the scenes. As a Guest Service Agent at andCo Hospitality, you're the vibe-setter and first impression extraordinaire. You’re not just checking people in — you’re welcoming them into our world of laidback luxury. From smoothing out travel day chaos to dropping local recs like a pro, you make guests feel like they belong. With every smile, key card, and insider tip, you’ll be the reason they come back (and brag about us to their friends). Requirements

  • You’re naturally guest-obsessed—hospitality isn’t just your job, it’s your vibe.
  • You’ve got a high school diploma or equivalent (bonus points for hospitality experience).
  • You bring previous customer service know-how, ideally from hotels, restaurants, or anywhere people and personalities collide.
  • You’re tech-savvy—Microsoft Office and resort software? Easy.
  • You know how to stay cool under pressure, even when lines grow and phones ring off the hook.
  • Your communication game is strong—clear, friendly, and oh-so-professional.
  • You’re flexible—weekends, holidays, mornings, or nights, you get the industry hustle.
  • You thrive in diverse spaces, welcoming all guests and teammates with care and authenticity.
  • You’re organized, self-motivated, and ready to juggle it all without dropping the ball.

Responsibilities

  • Mastering the art of the warm welcome—check-ins, check-outs, and everything in between.
  • Serving up next-level guest experiences with genuine charm and solutions that wow.
  • Dropping local knowledge like a pro—think must-see spots, hidden gems, and can’t-miss events.
  • Owning the phones with top-tier etiquette (yes, there’s a script, but you make it sound effortless).
  • Navigating our resort software like a digital concierge—posting transactions, updating statuses, and keeping things tight.
  • Keeping tabs on guest accounts—because numbers matter, and accuracy is sexy.
  • Partnering with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready, spotless, and guest-approved.
  • Staying cash confident—handling credit cards, cash-outs, and reconciliations like the rockstar you are.
  • Curating a lobby that looks good, feels good, and stays guest-ready.
  • Jumping into side quests and extra projects—because that’s how magic happens here.
