• Available for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly during check-ins
• Assign rooms based on their preferences
• Help make their stay comfortable
• Handle incoming calls, take messages, and deliver them promptly
• Provide information about local amenities and attractions
• Ensure smooth check-outs by preparing room bills
• Address any guest complaints with a positive attitude
• Perform other tasks as needed
