About The Position

This role involves checking guests in and out of the hotel, greeting and conversing with customers, addressing concerns and questions, and providing friendly, excellent service. The position requires processing cash transactions accurately and working in various environmental conditions.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work in areas containing dust, second hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, lighting, vibration, crowds and air quality.
  • Excellent guest communication skills.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Basic computer knowledge.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous computer and front desk experience preferred.
