About The Position

The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for welcoming and acknowledging all guests according to company standards, executing housekeeping and maintenance requests, and acting as a shuttle driver. This role requires a people-person who can interact politely and positively with guests and team members, fulfilling requests in a timely manner, even under pressure. The ideal candidate will be self-starting, reliable, maintain a professional appearance, be a team player, and be able to lift up to 50lbs. A valid driver's license is required.

Requirements

  • High School diploma (or equivalent)
  • People-person with the ability to interact with all hotel guests and team members in a polite and positive manner at all times
  • Ability to fulfill requests (even challenging ones) in a timely manner
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Self-starting personality who is reliable
  • Always maintain professional appearance
  • Team player who is willing to help with other duties
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • Three to six months of related experience

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
  • Execute housekeeping requests like extra towels, toothpaste/brush, iron, hair dryer delivery, etc
  • Execute maintenance requests like TV issues, battery replacement in a remote, assistance with HVAC
  • Shuttle driver, that will include pick up/drop off of the mail, assistance with fire pits
  • Anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals
  • Perform any job-related duties as assigned
