The Guest Service Agent- Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the front desk during the night shift. You will be responsible for checking guests in and out, answering phone calls, responding to guest inquiries, and handling any guest complaints. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in ensuring that our guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay.
