About The Position

Massage Heights Ingersoll is hiring a Front Desk Sales Consultant. This is a sales role where you will be expected to sell memberships, guide conversations, handle objections, and close memberships both on the phone and in person. The role is performance-based and measured on conversion rates, with coaching and feedback provided. Compensation includes a starting pay of $15/hour plus $20 commission per membership sold, with hourly increases based on performance (18% conversion leads to $16/hour, 25%+ conversion leads to $17/hour). Strong performers can earn $45k–$50k+ annually and receive a free massage each month. This role rewards individuals who excel at converting sales, not just those who are present.
