About The Position
Massage Heights Ingersoll is hiring a Front Desk Sales Consultant. This is a sales role focused on selling memberships, guiding conversations, handling objections, and closing sales both on the phone and in person. The role is performance-based and measured on conversion rates, with coaching and feedback provided. It is not an administrative position. Strong performers can expect to earn $45k–$50k+ annually.
Requirements

- Experience in restaurant or hospitality service

Responsibilities
- Handling warm inbound inquiries (no cold calls)
- Explaining services and memberships clearly and confidently
- Guiding guests toward consistent care
- Closing memberships and tracking results
- Answering phones with confidence and energy
- Following sales processes and conversion metrics
