We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Housekeepers who take pride in their work and enjoy creating clean, comfortable spaces for our guests. As a Housekeeper, you'll play an essential role in delivering the high standards of cleanliness and hospitality that our guests expect. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence help create memorable stays and keep guests returning year after year. Requirements
- Previous housekeeping, hotel, resort, or cleaning experience preferred
- Willingness to learn and grow in a hospitality environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- English communication skills required
- Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and assigned areas according to resort standards
- Make beds and replace linens and towels
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, tubs, sinks, countertops, and fixtures
- Vacuum carpets and rugs and clean hard-surface flooring
- Dust and polish furniture, décor, and fixtures
- Restock guest room amenities and housekeeping supplies
- Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in an organized manner
- Report maintenance concerns, damages, and safety hazards promptly
- Ensure all guest rooms meet cleanliness and quality standards before occupancy
- Follow all resort safety, sanitation, and housekeeping procedures
- Assist with special cleaning projects and additional duties as assigned
