About The Position
We are seeking experienced and customer service-oriented individuals to fill the position of Guest Room Attendant. As a Room Attendant, your contribution helps ensure guests have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. This is a unionized position. The Hilton Short Hills features locally sourced food, an outdoor terrace and lounge, tennis courts and an indoor/outdoor pool to offer a memorable and enjoyable experience to our guests. As our Guest Room Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the assigned tasks to the highest quality and brand standards to make our guests' experience a memorable one.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar position in a hotel is a plus
- Keen eye for detail
- Respect the importance that impeccably clean guest room and supplies have in a hotel
- Willingness to perform physical work
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Must be available to work Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday
