About The Position

As a Guest Room Attendant at Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel, you play a vital role in ensuring that our guest rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests. Under the supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms to meet the high standards expected at our facility.

Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate in English.
  • Experience in housekeeping, custodial, or cleaning roles.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure no aspect of room preparation is overlooked.
  • Ability to work quickly without compromising quality, especially during high occupancy periods.
  • Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Friendly and positive demeanor, able to interact politely with guests and maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • High level of dependability and reliability in following through with assigned tasks and schedules.
  • Must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission.
  • Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and reset guest rooms according to specified standards and procedures. This includes changing linens, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and dusting.
  • Restock all room amenities, including toiletries, towels, and mini-bar items, ensuring that guests have everything they need.
  • Perform detailed inspections of rooms prior to guest arrival to ensure everything is in perfect order.
  • Address any guest requests or issues related to room cleanliness promptly and courteously, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies to maintain a safe environment for both guests and team members. Report any maintenance or safety issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
  • Work closely with other hotel staff, such as laundry personnel and other room attendants, to ensure timely turnover of rooms.
  • Other duties as assigned.
