Requirements

  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Clean and service guest rooms according to Marriott and hotel standards
  • Change linens, make beds, dust, vacuum, sanitize bathrooms, and replenish amenities
  • Ensure rooms are fully prepared and guest-ready with attention to detail
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards throughout assignments
  • Safely use cleaning chemicals and housekeeping equipment
  • Respond to guest requests professionally and promptly
  • Report maintenance concerns, damages, or safety issues immediately
  • Protect guest privacy, security, and confidentiality
  • Restock housekeeping carts and supplies throughout the shift
  • Assist with deep cleaning and special cleaning projects as assigned
