About The Position

The United Center is looking for Part-Time employees in our Guest Relations department for all United Center Events. Guest Relations team members are ambassadors to both the guests and fellow team members. Our Guest Relations philosophy is to ensure our guests have a winning experience at the United Center. It is the responsibility of the Guest Relations team to commit to going the extra mile for every person entering the United Center.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma
  • Ability to work evening, weekend, and holidays
  • Excellent speaking voice
  • Must have previous customer service experience
  • Available for at least 85% of the events at United Center.

Responsibilities

  • Promote a family atmosphere, guest enjoyment and safety to ensure game day satisfaction
  • Provide immediate service and comprehensive issue resolution to every guest
  • Operate as a steward of Guest Relations policies and to uphold United Center regulations, ethics, and directives
  • Assist guests with disabilities ensuring all needs are met
  • Communicate to the command center or management regarding any issues
  • Partner with various departments including concessions, parking, security, retail, and housekeeping to make certain that all issues are addressed and resolved in a timely matter
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Benefits

  • Starting Pay Rate = $19.50 per hour
