About The Position

As a Guest Reception Representative, you play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all guests. This role involves greeting guests, verifying qualifications, adhering to company standards, and maintaining positive working relationships with various internal teams. You will also be responsible for managing guest registration, assigning guests to sales representatives, updating guest information, and handling incoming calls and customer issues.

Requirements

Must meet qualifications for guest presentations.
Adherence to HGV standards.
Follow processes outlined in the Guest Reception Training Manual SOP.
Maintain positive working relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Administrative teams.
Assist guests with inquiries.
Accurately assign guests to Sales Representatives.
Update guest information in Concierge.
Answer incoming calls.
Conduct research on customer issues.
Escalate issues to a manager/supervisor when necessary.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and professionally, whether in person or over the phone.
Ensure that all guests meet the qualifications for their presentation, adhering to HGV standards.
Follow processes outlined in the Guest Reception Training Manual SOP.
Maintain positive working relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Administrative teams.
Distribute and collect Guest Registration Forms, assisting guests with any inquiries.
Accurately assign guests to Sales Representatives in the order of their arrival.
Ensure timely updates of guest information in Concierge.
Answer all incoming calls, conduct research on customer issues, and escalate to a manager/supervisor when necessary.
