Winter Guest Liaison
About The Position
Gunstock Mountain Resort in Gilford, NH is seeking enthusiastic and friendly Guest Liaisons for the upcoming winter season. As a Guest Liaison, you will be the welcoming face of Gunstock, assisting guests in navigating the resort, answering questions, and ensuring a memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing lines, and guiding guests to their desired activities, all contributing to a seamless and enjoyable resort experience. This is an alternatively paid position where work hours can be exchanged for a Winter Season Pass, lesson programs, camping stays, or other ticket options for summer and winter adventures.
Requirements
- Age 16 or older
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
Nice To Haves
- Passion for skiing, snowboarding, or mountain life is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a helpful and friendly manner
- Provide information and support at various resort locations
- Assist with line management and guest flow
- Escort or direct guests to their destinations
- Help resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
