Winter Guest Liaison
About The Position
Gunstock Mountain Resort in Gilford, NH is looking for enthusiastic and friendly Guest Liaisons to join their team for the upcoming winter season. As a Guest Liaison, you will be the welcoming face of Gunstock, helping guests navigate the resort, answering questions, and ensuring everyone has an unforgettable experience. This role involves greeting guests, assisting with line management, and guiding guests to their next adventure, playing a vital role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable resort experience. This is an alternatively paid position where work for an agreed number of hours is exchanged for a Winter Season Pass for yourself or a designated family member, winter seasonal lesson programs, camping stays, or other ticket options including summer adventures and winter lift tickets.
Requirements
- Age 16 or older
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
Nice To Haves
- Passion for skiing, snowboarding, or mountain life is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a helpful and friendly manner
