We are seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and polished individual to serve as the Guest Hospitality Curator at Genesis of Cherry Hill. As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you will create a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring that each guest has a positive experience from the moment they arrive. Requirements

Previous customer service experience, preferably in the luxury automotive, retail, airline, or hospitality industry.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage guests authentically.
Flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer systems knowledge with opportunity to learn the dealership CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and DMS (Dealer Management System) programs.
Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of luxury vehicles and the ability to represent the brand with finesse is a plus.
Must be able to manage multiple payment types including counting money, checks, and credit card, and accurately maintain deposit information effectively.

Responsibilities

Greet guests as they enter the dealership's showroom with a friendly and professional demeanor, creating a 5-star environment.
Assist with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
Provide exceptional service to both walk-in guests and scheduled appointments.
Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous responses to all questions.
Provide basic information to guests who have general inquiries.
Maintain a professional, polished appearance at all times, consistent with the luxury brand's image.
Ensure that the showroom area is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Maintain the impeccable appearance of customer-facing areas, always ensuring cleanliness and organization.
Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer service.
Assist with event coordination or special promotions, if applicable.
Help with handling customer complaints or concerns in a calm, professional manner.
Monitor showroom traffic and assist customers as needed.
Ensure all guests are offered refreshments (water, coffee, etc.) while waiting.
Keep the front desk and lobby area organized and well-maintained.
Curate and stock our customer lounge with up to date reading materials and refreshments, elevating the ambience.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a consistent and inviting showroom environment, including the upkeep of vehicles.
Contribute to special guest events and promotions ensuring flawless execution and guest satisfaction.
Embrace downtime by packing customer delivery gifts, adding a personalized touch to their experience.
Sign out guest tags when they come in and facilitate having a team member put them on their new vehicle.
Assist Sales, Service, and Parts with everyday activities, including taking vehicle deposit money for new and pre-owned cars, and check-out Service and Parts customers, and close repair orders.
Review and audit daily deposits to ensure overall accuracy of deposits for the day.
Call Service and Sales customers to confirm satisfaction of their experience.
