Requirements
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized person
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to listen, be patient, troubleshoot issues
- Ability to multitask, and work under pressure
- Basic math skills
- Working knowledge of computers
- Flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends
- Flexible schedule to ensure appropriate coverage levels of the information center
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls for all salon locations
- Booking, canceling + confirming appointments
- Directing guests to appropriate departments when needed
- Answering questions from guests about all salon services
- Filling out paperwork for gift certificates, standing appointments, packages, and bridal parties
- Performing other duties as assigned
