We are looking for a dedicated and caring individual to provide exceptional member care service. As one of the first points of contact, you will be responsible for providing members with superior service over multiple channels, including phone, chat, email, mail, or person-to-person. Your exceptional customer service skills are needed to serve our membership by responding to member inquiries, investigating and resolving member concerns, initiating service requests, explaining energy-related charges, offering energy saving advice, processing billing and payments, handling credit collections, and other customer-related responsibilities. The successful candidate must possess outstanding interpersonal, listening, problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail; excellent organizational skills; and the ability to handle multiple assignments. This position requires you to use patience and understanding to uncover member needs, answer questions, and leave a positive impression on every member interaction.
