As a Guest Experience Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in leading day-to-day operations while creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for guests and team members alike. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll coach, support, and work alongside the team to deliver exceptional service and smooth operations. You’ll lead from the floor, provide real-time coaching, and help keep the attraction running seamlessly—while creating memorable moments for families and children every day.
