About The Position

At WONDRA, an attraction, the company is seeking an enthusiastic Guest Experience Shift Lead to ensure every visitor has an extraordinary and magical experience. This role involves greeting guests, guiding them through the attraction, and ensuring top-notch service. Every day offers an opportunity to create joy and wonder for guests of all ages. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • High energy, positive attitude, and a passion for guest service
  • Able to adapt in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
  • Comfortable using standard office tools and software
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings & holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move around the attraction
  • Work in a variety of indoor/outdoor environments
  • Committed to safety for guests and team members alike
  • May require local travel occasionally

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support the Guest Experience crew during daily operations
  • Delegate tasks and monitor progress in real-time
  • Motivate the team to be “guest obsessed”
  • Ensure all guests receive world-class service and prompt support
  • Uphold health & safety standards
  • Manage guest flow and queues to optimize the experience
  • Onboard and train Hosts across all guest-facing areas
  • Maintain training records and help develop team members
  • Act as Supervisor on Duty or assist in various roles when needed
  • Handle guest feedback and escalate when necessary
  • Participate in team audits, engagement activities, and improvement projects
  • Provide feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations
