Guest Experience Representative

About The Position

Regions Hospital is seeking a Guest Experience Representative to work cooperatively with hospital departments and clinics to deliver optimal service to patients, families, and guests, with minimal supervision. This role serves as a central point of contact, greeting and assisting people entering the hospital and helping ensure a high standard of hospitality and service from entry to exit. The representative is also a primary resource for other hospital staff and performs related duties as assigned. The position supports Regions’ customer service image by addressing a broad range of needs and concerns in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. The schedule is 0.7 FTE (28 hours per week) on the evening shift.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a customer service, patient care, or guest service role.
Ability to speak English and be easily understood, read and write English, and follow directions or oral instructions in English.
Strong customer service skills.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a health care setting, security, law enforcement, or behavioral health.

Responsibilities
