Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills with a guest-first mindset
  • Advanced knowledge of automotive sales processes and premium brand standards
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and develop team performance to achieve sales goals
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, transparent, and solution-oriented approach to guest interactions
  • Ability to monitor sales floor activity and proactively address guest and employee needs
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain and maintain required state sales licensing and certifications

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead ambassador in fostering a high-quality guest and employee experience.
  • Demonstrate expert level proficiency of the sales process and the Lexus brand.
  • Provide a transparent, engaging, and hassle-free guest buying journey.
  • Observe the sales floor to ensure every guest and employee is having their needs met.
  • Ensure sales and performance goals are met and work to create performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Acquire and maintain current state sales license, completing continuing education requirements as needed.
  • Responsible for controlling the sale, to secure each sale and ensure that every vehicle sold is delivered.
