Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED -or- ability to complete employer-paid GED program
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, customer service, food service, or retail.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience.
  • Ability to work a varied full-time schedule including days, nights, weekends, and overnights.
  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Active ServSafe certification.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with POS technology.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a results-driven and adaptable mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Front of House (FOH) team and partner with the Store Manager to ensure strong daily execution and exceptional service delivery.
  • Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and developing a high-performing retail team.
  • Oversee product ordering to drive sales while minimizing loss and shrink.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and guest-focused environment.
  • Support 24/7 retail execution and act as Store Manager when needed.
  • Ensure clear communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Meet or exceed expectations during third-party audits and inspections.
  • Drive sales growth, positive customer feedback, and strong profitability metrics (labor, expenses, inventory control).
