As our Director of Guest Happiness, you will spend your time connecting with guests, creating memorable moments, and ensuring every person who walks through our doors feels genuinely welcomed and appreciated. You’ll also represent our brand in the community by building relationships and inviting new guests into our restaurants. If you love people, naturally light up a room, and take pride in making others happy, this role will feel like home. What You’ll Do: Inside the Restaurant: Your mission is simple: make every guest feel special and every guest leaves as a raving fan. Outside the Restaurant: You will also act as a community ambassador for the brand.
