About The Position

Lead a Full Force team at LA Campus to implement a fantastic ‘One at a Time’ guest experience from street to seat. Southeast Christian Church is a dynamic, growing church where staff are encouraged to lead boldly, care deeply, and live authentically.

Requirements

• Highly relational leader with the ability to inspire people toward action.
• Self-starter with great management skills and creative attention to detail.
• Passionate shepherd experienced in developing teams and volunteers.
• Faithful servant with a humble heart of Christ.
• Strong work ethic and a team player who interacts well with staff, members, and guests.
• Currently resides in or is willing to relocate to Oldham County.
• Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs.
• Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church, or willing to become one.
• Exemplifies our seven staff values: Honor, Care, Accountability, Grit, Authenticity, Humility, and Fun.
• Agree with the Statement of Faith, submit to the leadership established by the church, and lives out our church Mantras in tangible ways.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of Southeast’s Guest Experience with intentionality and clarity.
• Recruit, train, lead, and appreciate volunteers for these areas of ministry: Greeters, Ushers, Parking Lot, Hospitality, New Here Team, Connection Center Desk, Weekday Building Hosts, Special Event weekends & Holidays.
• Ensure the sanctuary and atrium is prepared for weekend services.
• Create and manage ministry budget.
• Maintain alignment of the guest experience in conjunction with the mission, vision and strategies of Southeast Christian Church.
